Assisted Living Facilities
Van driver
Responsibility to transport Residents to and from medical appointments.
Hours of work: Tuesday and Thursdays (generally 7:30 am to 4:00pm)
Driving area: 12 mile radius from our facility (this includes all major hospitals in Boston)
Duties:- Assist Residents on and off the van
- Manage driving schedule according to appointment times
- Maintenance of van, including cleaning interior and exterior as needed, maintaining trip log, reporting needed repairs
Qualifications:
- valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work with seniors, and have good communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English language (speaking & writing)
- Good knowledge of Boston streets and traffic patterns
Preference will be given to applicants who have successfully operated multi passenger van
