Those efforts are further guided by demanding public and private standards-setting bodies such as JCAHO, as well as those governing standards for clinical/medical programs and retirement/assisted living communities. In addition to our adherence to Federal, state, and industry council mandates, Aurum regularly polls residents to determine their level of satisfaction and determine where even more progress can be made.
